      Was a great company to work for. Very professional, top-tier talent, good camaraderie, decent benefits, set up as total telecommuting company.

      Cons

      They are going through some kind of upheaval and change of direction, with big reorg involving wholesale top-down layoffs.

      Pros

      There are some wildly talented instructional designers on staff. CEO is genuinely a great person and strives for the best for his employees, clients, and the learning industry. Lots of blue chip clients in F1000.

      Cons

      Too much turnover. While the company has been around for ~15 years, it feels like perpetual start-up mode.
