Pros
Excellent, fast paced exciting Business Unit to Work for.
Great relationships with both co-workers and customers.
New product development will be taking the software to a new level.
The EVP understands the business from a corporate level as well as business level so it is very easy to have not only project meetings but also product direction meetings.
Continue to work on on boarding training and strengthening methodology.
Cons
Not many. Could have more consistent processes but I think that is a symptom of the growth.
