Pros

My experience at Cazbah has been very positive. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a company that upholds strong core values, fosters teamwork, provides excellent compensation, and prioritizes employee growth. Cazbah's core values are the foundation of its success and they resonate deeply with me. The company's unwavering commitment to progress, accountability, creativity, excellence, ingtegrity and transparency is evident in all aspects of our work. I appreciate how these core values guide our decision-making, ensuring we always prioritize ethical business practices and deliver outstanding services to our clients. This alignment with my own core values has positively impacted my professional growth and sense of purpose at work. I feel supported and empowered by my teammates. The strong team spirit emphasizes open communication, active participation, and mutual respect for each of our contributions.I am fairly compensated for my efforts. The compensation structure is designed to acknowledge performance, skills, and expertise. One of the standout aspects of working at Cazbah is the abundance of growth opportunities available to employees. The company invests in its workforce by offering continuous learning and development programs that enhance professional skills and broaden knowledge.

Cons

As a fully remote business it is important to ensure that all teams are communicating openly and often. Occasional Meet-Ups would be nice, to continue to build the company culture.

Pros

I have worked for Cazbah over five years now. I love the variety in my work that is made possible because we have a small company of less than 20 people. The CEO is visionary and deeply committed to helping other small-business owners be successful online. A team environment is fostered and is made up of smart, caring, intelligent people who are truly good at what they do. As a small company, it can be tough to compete with bigger companies on salary and benefits. Each year, no matter how high the rates keep climbing, the company fully covers each employee for health and dental benefits. Birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and personal milestones are always remembered and celebrated by the company. While the company has always offered a flexible work day, the company is now fully remote allowing employees to have better work-life balance. Team meetings are held quarterly with food provided and plenty of time for fellowship. At Cazbah, the CEO expects everyone to work hard at providing the best service possible, but at the same time, when we get together food, fellowship, and relationships are celebrated!

Cons

As with any small company, each employee is expected and needs to wear many hats. I personally love the variety and challenege this allows, but it can be stressful at times trying to prioritze and complete all tasks. This is not the place for people who cannot organize or priortize their own workload.
