Fellow care coordinators and team leads are extremely kind and helpful.
Working from home is a plus!

You will be paid in essentially pennies. If you are looking for a job that will afford you to live, it is not this one.
The company also picks clear favoritism - only certain care coordinators were appreciated during our entire departments appreciation week. Nothing for the other 75% of us!
Management is unorganized and unprofessional in many aspects
You will be expected to work like a robot, Cecelia Health does not accept that like any job on earth this one will have down time.
