      Pros

      hour lunch and some nice staff. Fast paced environment, days were quick.

      Cons

      poor working practices, e.g. staff using different systems to complete the same tasks, not ideal trying to learn the internal systems. No training provided, and a serious blame culture. Poor Pay.

      I worked for this company for 2 years. It's a very strange business with very bad management. No real joined up thinking. Lots of staff back stabbing. Never worked anywhere quite like it. Not sure how they are in business actually. Lots of dead wood
