Pros
Cegal is a company in strong growth and with ambitious goals. It is rewarding to work for a company that is forward-looking and committed to diversity. We have an inclusive and informal work environment and I love that I have the opportunity to influence my workday, tasks and the way forward.
Cons
Nothing to put off, but like any other company, we also have several areas for improvement - and this differs from department to department. In my department we have that too, but I also love to work to improve this - no issues that scare me away.
