Pros

Education program is decent - they will generally invest in training Many global friendships were made (not just co-workers) with some great people

Cons

Layoffs in high cost geographies once per year, at a minimum. There is absolutely zero job security even if you bring significant measurable value and passion to the company (as the senior management keeps harping about). There has been a revolving door in senior management in particular functional areas, hiring what would seem to be the most inexpensive executives rather than strong, competent leaders.

Pros

- Great opportunities to work on large scale accounts and divy up into new verticals and markets. - Great teams and sincere hardworkers

Cons

- too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas - HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
