Joining Celestra was the worst choice I have ever made in my entire career. It is easy to get a job there but It proves that what is easy to get it's not worth doing. If you are a skilled professional and looking for career progression and development DO NOT apply for any of their positions.
They will tell you it is a family-like company and they are correct but they are a very dysfunctional, nasty, and full of bullies' family who will make your life miserable.
The project team has a high school mentality so do not expect any maturity or professionalism. No matter how experienced or old you are if you are not their cup of tea, they will simply cut you off, never again acknowledge your existence, spread rumors (like kids do) about you, undermine you in any way possible and basically make you look and feel like a worthless person. If you want to work for Celestra you need to change your personality and play by their rules or they will make your life miserable.
Management in Celestra is outdated and most of them have no skills to qualify as a manager and have no IT skills, constantly asking to help them with the simplest things to do their jobs but never thinking to actually learn new skills. They treat people like they are nothing, they are rude and obnoxious.
Culture in that place is toxic and unpleasant. The lack of professionalism, compassion, understanding, and support is shocking. Going to H&R is simply pointless, they have no idea how to even talk to employees. To them, employees are just a number and unnecessary workload they need to cope with. If you unwell don’t bother asking them for support, they do not care and never will. Keep it to yourself, start looking for a new job because they will use your problems and issues against you.
