I can't say enough positive things. I love it here. I no longer have the "Sunday scaries." I love my job and have made great friends here. I came from such a toxic work environment where leaving for a 1 hour doctor's appointment was an issue. At my old job, I didn't even look forward to waking up in the morning. I was so depressed and exhausted. I am treated like a human, cared for, and celebrated. I would be lost without Cella! <3
Cons
The base salary for Recruiters is low. Based on other companies I have researched, the commission plan is average. I do think it needs to be more competitive.
