      High turnover No development program into management No feedback from senior leadership to management No Structure each market they are in is completely different.

      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work here is if you enjoy to help people with any of their mobile device technology advice. I enjoyed seeing customers happy when they were having an issue with their mobile device & fixing their issue.

      Cons

      The pay rate was low & also they did not give me enough hours to work. too many people for a very small company .
