Pros
The work and the other people are the best part. Interesting product and fun colleagues.
Cons
Bad pay, way too many hours, lots and lots of pressure to show "Celonis spirit" (which really just means a willingness to work a lot for little pay), and because of this lots of people leaving which means everything is really disorganized and no one really knows what's going on. The company is also growing crazy fast because they want to go public in 2020, and the pressure from that has started making the recruiters dishonest to try and get people faster. They often tell people they don't negotiate or they "can't change the contract" (though if you hold out they will change it) and they toe the line of the truth a fair bit to try and get you in the door.
