Pros

Product is best-in-class and will allow the business to survive a lot of short comings internally.

Cons

- People are silo'd in their roles and there is no ability to grow/flex. Highly qualified people are reduced to paper pushers in some cases - C-level management are disconnected from the business and issue orders based on what they've done at previous organizations that are significantly bigger (does not work for a group growing at the rate Celonis is) - When concerns are voiced by employees in forums such as town halls, the concerns are easily and quickly dismissed repeatedly - Culture internally is a real problem as it's aggressive and sales driven

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
