Pros

Marketing is incredible - and I really mean that. Any org should take celonis as a best practice. Even internal marketing programs employees to only breath celonis mindset.

Cons

The values, which were introduced from nowhere and claimed to be always present (“the earth is our future” - as is this had been in the dna of celonis😅). In reality the culture is top down push, squeezing if individuals like lemons and overtime.

We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying our office amenities and finding our training frameworks and projects both highly valuable and engaging. Our student programs are designed around the belief that 'The Best Team Wins' when we empower our emerging talent with impactful, real-world responsibilities from day one. Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
