Decent Salary, PTO, and People

Cons

Huge Layoffs every 6 months. Deals take 20 months to close but we change territory every 6 months. Celonis doesn't know what the GTM ever is.

Interns are treated well, given lots of training and projects. The amenities are fantastic

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
