* management is constantly changing, changing the rules and requirements
* constant pushing to new challenges, each quarter summary ends with "it was good, but now you must do it better"
* at some point of time they reviewed smth (guess the budget) and laid off a lot of engineers, most of them seniors and had been working 4+ years in the company. The evaluation was done not objectively, blaming people on irrelevant things (like not effective remote work, or not enough autonomy, or performance *suddenly* became low, recalling things which happened half a year ago)
* a lot of words saying about "cultural" and "values" (like "empowered Celonauts" etc), but at the end it turned to nothing during the lay offs.
