Engineering culture is fine Nice office Launchpad program

Cons

Poor management. No advancement expectations - requirements for advancement are not applicable to existing position expectations. No coherent roadmap. Absolutely no support. You are expected to figure everything out, yet when one shows initiative they are punished. Feedback lands on deaf ears. Frequent restructuring as result of poor leadership decision making.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and smart people, who unfortunately are leaving.

Cons

Sales and technical teams are not always set up to succeed together, which creates unnecessary pressure on technical teams and contributes to burnout. There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
