The company environment and work culture is very relaxed in a professional way. You can dress casually, experience in office events during working hours and communicate openly and freely. Opportunities to take ownership of tasks, pitch ideas, and be involved in growing Celsius as well as clients. This can feel extremely rewarding. As long as you thought out your ideas, pitching new ideas or direction was wells received and more often then not moved forward with.

They are growing rapidly and they are a marketing agency. Both come with a set of expectations when looking to work. Priorities can change based on client expectations and although this is now fewer and far between, you can find yourself in a position where there hasn't been established structure yet. These aren't bad things they are expected in both an agency environment as well as a growing company so consider if this is the type of environment you want to be in. Maybe advertising isn't for you.
