Mass layoffs happened twice in one year with no warning. The people put in charge of teams are incompetent and blame their short comings on their team. Team leaders siloed their team members, poorly managed their projects, and blindsided them with layoffs, seemingly at random. The culture here is definitely sexist. Not a safe place for a woman to work. HR ignores the majority of issues.
