Pros
Upper management is very flexible, works with you to get a job done. Always try to see things from every angle. Culture is based on getting things done vs. bureaucratic process.
Cons
Work is determined by Government contract so there is not much wiggle room as far as consistent performance is concerned, if you sign up to fill a position/responsibility it must be filled.
