Strong founding team who know the industry really well and who have built a very motivated, fast-moving organization. Very collaborative atmosphere; people share a can-do attitude and a willingness to experiment and try to things. The growth over the last two years has been really impressive.

Things move fast and everyone needs to be highly adaptable - although that's generally a startup thing.

Really talented and brilliant folks on the team, across the board low ego. An impressive series of accomplishments for such a lean team. Also strong diversity across the team as a whole, which is rare in a lot of early stage tech startups.

Not really a con, but more of a reality of working in early stages and in emerging technologies that things move really fast, market evolves quickly - naturally the business has to be able to adapt and react just as quickly. High stakes environment but the reward is worth it.
