Pros
Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, and most of the other staff is willing to help. The unit I work on has a great atmosphere usually. We work as a team (mostly).
Cons
Heavy work load and always short staffed. Can't seem to keep the people we hire. If you have a problem the manager makes it your fault. High expectations for the hard workers and little to no expectations for the lazy workers... in fact they neglect their patients and get away with it. Need more accountability for the lazy staff that does absolutely nothing ...
