Pros
Some good caring colleagues who want the best for community but aren’t supported. Lots of nice people who do not deserve the bad treatment they are getting. Patient safety is not on the to do list. Executives don’t care about patients. I can’t wait to get out of there or be asked to leave as that would mean I am honest and competent. We are waiting for NW to save the community from the Trumps and their minions.
Cons
Epitome of nepotism. Very dishonest, unsafe, shady, hostile, bullying, unprofessional, fake, incompetent environment created by “senior” management. Numbers and outcomes are flawed and manipulated. Is Northwestern drinking the cool aid? Are they shielded from what is happening? The best left so the royal family (friends, neighbors, and butt kissers) can make a couple of dollars before they get fired.
