Pros
Honestly, I have nothing positive to say about Centegra. If you were to ask me this question 9 years ago when it was Northern Illinois Medical Centegra, I would have something positive to say. Since Centegra Health System bought both hospitals, patient care has gone downhill. That's what happens when greedy thugs get involved in healthcare.
Cons
The people who run this health system are greedy takers, living off of the backs of the workers, who work their hearts out and only get stabbed in the back by management. The people of this community need to understand that Centegra does not care about patient care, like they like to brag that they do, but all they care about is the almighty dollar and they treat their employees like dirt, all the while lining their own pockets with the profits that the hospitals make. They are even building a third so they can make more of a profit. They even got their employees to help in the approval process for them to do so, and then turned around and started axing people out of their jobs.
