We have a very talented group of people working here, great benefits, great culture, as well as a great mission and vision.

At this moment of time, I can't think of any cons. it's a busy place but the work is rewarding.

Beautiful environment, generous time off, honestly try to live what they teach, wonderful people.

Some challenges getting the right people in key roles but this isn't unique to this organization. This process can be messy and it was at times. I believe their intentions were good at every step.
