Pros
Fun work atmosphere and everyone is very helpful and easy to get along with. don't listen to the disgruntled reviews, CCR really is a great place to work. Sure, are there issues? Yes. Just like every other place. But the good far out weighs the bad. CCR does a TON of employee activities, trips, parties, lunches, etc. Management is involved and understanding. They even give bonuses which is like unheard of these days. If you work hard here, you are rewarded.
CCR also hires from within and with all the recent growth, we've had a ton of employees move up within the company.
Cons
nothing that I feel really needs to be mentioned here. The bad is small things but its not anything that would make anyone not want to work here.
