Look at the Reviews on Indeed. They are true. There is a high turn over rate due to the hostile work environment. Accepting the Hr Assistant job was a mistake. The work environment is very hostile & micromanage you to fail. The HR supervisor and Ceo will bully you to quit by calling you names & telling you to find another job if you ask for task clarification. The work environment was so hostile and uncomfortable that I quit before my 30 days.The Hr supervisor & ceo will purposely sabotage your employment by overloading you with work & unrealistic short deadlines They will require you to be in 3 or 4 different places at once to intentionally sabotage your employment. The uppermanagement is corrupted & there is No Real Hr. They refused to document my HR complaint: Harassment, name calling, micromanage to fail, Endless papertrail on new hire employees who are Still within their 30 days of employment, telling me to find another job on my first day of work, Public Disciplinary action which is truly belittling. The HR supervisor will refuse to train you & then get other coworkers to bully you by asking for nonstop status reports & nonstop productivity questions on things I was just given.
