Pros
Compensation and benefits are are hard to beat. Love the team of supervisors I work with.
Cons
The company asked all employees to write good reviews to get more people to apply for the behavior specialist position. So be weary of the past reviews from about January or February of 2017 moving forward. This is not a good company to work for. As a supervisor all you ever hear about is productivity and billing. There hasn't been a real training for the clinical team in over a year. Behavior specialist get minimal training before they are thrown out in the field. They are hounded to convert sessions even if they sent a message and scheduling hasn't modified the sessions. They are required to request all holidays off. No holiday pay or vacation time for behavior specialist. They have zero full-time behavior specialist in the east bay location. Also management is run by people who have little experience and do not know what they are doing and how their decisions influence the clinical team. Some have the best of intentions but the results fall short. Pete will promise the world and never delivery. He will say that the increase in clients is due to a contact but then starts things like project 500 (increasing clients to 500 without regard to if we can support that many clients). Which shows me that it's not about families but money.
