Pros
-great starting pay rate $18-22/hr and reimbursement for driving -people here actually care about the clients and employees -friendly and diverse environment -their training was lacking but has improved a lot now -they're constantly trying to make the company better for their employees -you don't need to see your supervisors every day unless you request to see them -seeing progress with your clients and the freedom to run session however you want
Cons
-"on-call" scheduling/hours -no car= no work; a lot of driving and driving during traffic hour sucks -they put clients before employees -each supervisor work, communicate, and expect differently, so working under different supervisors can be annoying -if you don't get along with your supervisor, then work can suck. (cliquey supervisors) -your role is to give, be passive, and deal with clients' aggression. there are clients who will leave marks/scratches on you, and others will yell and say mean things. these things may happen repeatedly and can be very draining over time
