      Great benefits, work/life balance, and coworkers. There is support for community involvement, and holidays are fun! Birthdays are also celebrated monthly, and achievements are recognized. Training and advancement are encouraged.

      Like every place, workplace politics plays some part - be careful who you choose to be friendly with.

      Pros

      The culture is unbeatable. I’ve worked in different industries and various company sizes - it’s rare to find a culture of this caliber. Benefits are standard for the industry. I would say pay is slightly above average. They take care of their people and work life balance is great!

      Cons

      Some policies could benefit from having black and white expectations rather than being vague or open to interpretation. Limited growth opportunities due to company size.
