Pros
They really do care about you and try their best to work around your needs - school, family, etc. It is a family atmosphere and the top management do know you personally. Lots of benefits and fun things throughout the year. You can tell they really try to take care of everyone everywhere in the organization, even when it isn't always easy. You can have a full career here.
Cons
It is hard to get in because turnover is low. Some of the hours of the branches can be long.
