      Every day at Centier Bank gives meaning to my role and adds to the success in my banking career. Employees, management and other lines of business work closely to ensure we have all the resources needed to perform our jobs.

      Cons

      Focuses mostly in our Indiana footprint and we may be missing some great opportunities out there.

      Pros

      - Stable and room to grow - Kind, supportive, and honest company - Excellent training - I love my team and management!

      Cons

      No cons! The only thing I could think of is lack of branches in the Southern part of Indiana, but Centier is making it's way down!
