Pros
Prior to accepting the offer from Centier (over a year ago), I was working for a horrible employer that lacked direction. The surprising thing with that employer was they were a large, well-known corporation. It was a nightmare! I found the Website Administrator position at Centier and decided to apply. I went through 3 interviews and knew right away that it was a perfect fit! Centier is an excellent employer to work for and I am truly blessed that I am working for such a great organization. It is family owned, have a not for sale model and those are some of the traits that stands out. My director is a textbook definition of a leader. He takes the time to listen to our needs, suggestions, writes them down and follows through. He also gets his hands dirty and helps us (the team) with assisting other departments. He is not a manager who kicks back and does nothing. He works hard and it shows in his leadership style. Centier's values are bar none and display how a great company needs to be. One of the values they place heavy importance on is servant leadership. They look for candidates who serve each other and their community. That makes sense because serving is a core fundamental of life (no matter what your faith is). Serving others displays true leadership...being last and placing others first.
