      Health benefits and pto are decent

      Cons

      Extremely toxic culture, managers micro manage, gossip, are not empathetic and do not allow open discussions, and have major mean girl energy and the company doesn’t do much about it.

      Pros

      - Stable and room to grow - Kind, supportive, and honest company - Excellent training - I love my team and management!

      Cons

      No cons! The only thing I could think of is lack of branches in the Southern part of Indiana, but Centier is making it's way down!
