Pros

Most of the coworkers are nice. The CEO seemed like a good guy. Some people in middle management were genuinely caring people.

Cons

A lot of the culture around the company comes off as fake and forced. Most of the policies in IT were extremely outdated. Below average pay for IT and dev.

Pros

Competitive salary, employer-paid pension, generous paid-leave, transparency in management, leadership listens and has an employee-focused attitude.

Cons

Advancement can be difficult and there is no true path for individual contributors. One can only go so far if management is not in your future. While the company does hire remote employees, they will not consider them for leadership roles. There are no advancement opportunities for those employees.
