Supportive team but toxic environment and unclear goals - Teacher Central Massachusetts Collaborative Employee Review

Great team and incredible students.

Can be challenging at times

Co-Workers are friendly for the most part.

They have major admin problems that is bringing that school down, mainly Susan Farell and Allison Freeman. They both will point the finger at you any chance they can get. They also talk down to you in the most condescending way. They don't respect anyone's hard work ethic there and they believe Instructional Assistants are slaves with no value and are beneath them. I've never worked in a place where 2 people were could bring down the entire moral in the entire workplace. 99% of the staff despise of Allison Freeman because of her rudeness and incompetence as a leader while 95% of the staff despise of Dr. Farell for her poor judgement and decision making for hiring her as well as other leadership faults. They want to hold everyone accountable even when they did nothing wrong but when they make mistakes they will not take accountability for their own actions. They would rather gas light you into thinking you were wrong. The turnover rate at this school is already insane and has sky rocketed over the last few years because of these two individuals and things will not get better unless they are removed.
