Pros
Centrix is a growing company and really focuses on culture as its main factor for employee happiness. Centrix works hard to provide work/life balance, and strives for employees to leave happy for the day, not an easy quality to find in a manufacturing business. A super friendly group with a door always open atmosphere.
Cons
It's a growing company- not everything can be perfect. In the big picture, there aren't any cons for Centrix I can think of.
