Pros
There were some good people working there, both in management and throughout the rank and file. Management compensation is competitive.
Cons
Non competitive compensation for rank and file employees. The failure to prioritize maintaining staffing levels and paying what’s necessary to provide quality service led to high burnout and turnover. In a year my team of 16 had 30-40 people come and go, meaning a lot of my time was spent hiring. Expenses were reimbursed within 30 days, but since I left in August to pursue a different opportunity they keep saying “we’re working on it” “we submitted it” and have yet to pay which is petty and unprofessional.
