laid back, allows me to take time off when needed(unpaid of course)
Cons
over worked and under paid, owner doesn't care about her less fortunate employees aka not a family member of hers. You'll get responsibility after responsibility dumped on you with no additional compensation, not even a thank you. AND, if you're licensed, its seen as a conflict of interest to be able to make any sales, so no commissions allowed either.
