Pros

Easy job, pay is consistent and hours are flexible.

Cons

They fire freelancers for no apparent reason and without any feedback or previous communication. Very bad communication skills by the management team: they don't answer your questions but go around them. No real performance evaluation, so you are always in the dark. Stay away.

Pros

Compensation is fair for the role. Good exposure to how the China mobile game market operates.

Cons

The company's strategy revolves around rapidly cloning casual games and mass-releasing them, hoping one accidentally goes viral. There's no real creative vision behind the work. There is limited exposure to industry-standard tools and practices, making it difficult to build skills that are transferable or valued elsewhere in the industry. Culture rewards visible hours over actual output. Finishing your work on time is somehow seen as "not trying hard enough," which creates a pressure to perform busyness rather than deliver results. Certain workplace rules are enforced inconsistently and selectively, often used as pretexts to single out specific employees over trivial matters.
