      Pros

      You get to work in Beverly Hills. Some of the people there are great!

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. They try to run the business a specific way that never leads to true success. They have no structure. They waste the talent of their employees by having them do dumb tasks.

      Pros

      Great team, and company is highly innovative with cool products. There are constant business trips and conferences such as CES which is cool to be a part of. Work-life balance is good and my boss was great to me.

      Cons

      Salary is not high, work is sometimes unclear with little to do and not much going on, constant change due to a startup atmosphere and job security is low with the company struggling financially while I was there.
