Pros
Relaxed environment, as long as you are there from 9 - 6 (core hours) you are fine. Awesome people, the team has a lot of smart people, almost everybody is really nice, the 8 hours that you are supposed to be there go fast. Free tea and sandwiches.
Cons
There's no direction. Don't even think about growing in this company, either you get what you want when you join, or you never will. Thinking about asking for a raise? Good luck with that, you pretty much have to prove that there are thousands of companies out there that would agree to pay more.
