      • You will have to work for extended hours. • Sometimes on weekends also with no overtime pay or extra pay. • No shift allowance for night shift employee • No transport facility/allowances. • No transparency in appraisal:- You will never know what is your rating and what amount you will receive until it's credited to your bank account. • Micromanagement, Toxic work culture.

      A good starting position with decent pay.

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratic process for giving service to users. You won't get help for projects or support from teammates due to them being buried in projects and management vanishes until they suspect delays in projects.
