Pros
Interesting projects for international companies. Smart and helpful colleagues. Team leaders are usually senior software developers. Work with abroad teams. Some projects allow business trips abroad. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Fair salary, although you have to ask for it.
Cons
It seemed to me that "smart and motivated" people tend to leave,and are replaced by "not that smart and motivated". Lots of form filling and bureaucracy. No trainings provided.
