Pros
the interview is very straightforward. no stress. as long you have hands and legs, no problem. good starting pay depending on your qualifications. great colleagues around. some management levels are friendly and down to earth too.
Cons
long working hours. 13hrs to be exact. bonuses suck. alot of wayang within the management and supervisors. not much opportunities for growth if you aim for progression. you would really need to do something to stand out. in other words, angkat bola. i wouldn’t really consider this as a con, but promotion fully relies on your IPPT and shooting. that being said, also depends on your supervisor if they decide to push you for it.
