We are sorry to hear about your experiences, and we are particularly saddened to hear the harassment you say you experienced. This is not something that we were aware of centrally; we have a zero tolerance approach to discrimination. We would welcome you making contact to discuss this further, so that we can investigate. Without knowing any detail of where you worked or your personal experience, we would like to reassure you that we do value our staff, we have continued to improve our reward package in recent years including again this year, despite the difficult economic climate as we recognise the importance of rewarding our staff. Our turnover levels are low, particularly against the sector benchmark and whilst we do have bank workers, we do not operate zero hours contracts and encourage staff to have a permanent role unless bank work is their preference for personal reasons.
