No flex time and they are clockwatchers. You have to sign a document telling them what time you will be at work and if you happed to be fifteen minutes late you get written up. None of the offices work together and the CEO encourges fighting and disrespect among offices They basically require minimum 60 hour work weeks and the CEO would prefer 80 hours.
