Super smart people and cutting edge technology
Cons
They hire super smart people with crappy pay and hardly any stock options and then tell them at performance reviews that they are barely average. Managers are extremely inexperienced. No flex time and they are clockwatchers. You have to sign a document telling them what time you will be at work and if you happed to be fifteen minutes late you get written up. None of the offices work together and the CEO encourges fighting and disrespect among offices They basically require minimum 60 hour work weeks and the CEO would prefer 80 hours.
