1. SALARY : incentive program one of the soundest I have ever seen with employees making upto 2X times their salary 2.ESOPS : Stock options are not just promised but given regularly to all levels and Departments. 3. CULTURE : Work Hard and play harder is their rule 4. VALUES : Strong ethical and moral guidelines. 5.LEADERSHIP : Frequent interaction with the corporate management team and always ready to listen to suggestion as well to impart advice .
Cons
Only one i can think of is the relative lesser known status of the brand compared to its competitors .
