      Pros

      I have complete control over my schedule. I have to meet my deadlines and prioritize certain projects over others, but other than that, I’m in control.

      Cons

      I’m not a fan of team projects or any project really that requires me to depend too much on my coworkers.

      Pros

      I am able to work a lot when the money is needed for the Holidays. I have come back each year and enjoy the environment. It is long days and hard work, but for just a few weeks and gives me what I need to make a nice holiday for my family.

      Cons

      I wish they could offer a few more weeks, but understand it is what the business needs
