Nice building. The employees are doing their best to support one another under a mean and condescending director.
Cons
I have been here a long time and have seen morale fall to an all time low since Donna took over as director. The woman is downright mean to us and I don't know how she gets away with treating us so bad. The board is blind to how she acts: inspecting our desks for cleanliness, insisting we stand and act professionally and then getting mad at us for acting too professional, picking us apart for every little thing, interrogating us up and down for every little thing, not allowing people to voice opinions if they differ from hers, and making sure all of us are afraid of her. This is a terrible place to work but I am stuck here for now.
